The Club's President coordinates all activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable hunting environment. He also coordinates with the Vice President all working parties and placement of campers on the property.
President: Mike Carnahan
The Club's Vice-President performs all the duties and responsibilities of the Club President, in his absence. He coordinates and tracks working parties and dues to ensure all members meet their club obligations. He also coordinates the placement of campers on the property.
Vice-President: Donald Davidson III
The Club Secretary is the communication linchpin for the Club. He coordinates the Club's email account, Facebook page, and website. Through these outlets, he keeps the General Membership, officers, and the board linked. He also maintains minutes and collects dues which is then passed onto the Treasurer.
Secretary: Chris Aitchison
The Club Treasurer coordinates, tracks, and reports on the Club's finances. He reports out all and any financial concerns, collects "missed shot" fines, guest fees, and coordinates the Club's Annual Raffle.
Treasurer: Dale Harris
The Hunt Master plans and coordinates all organized hunts throughout gun season. He ensures a safe hunting environment and compliance with VA/DWR laws and regulations.
Hunt Master: Bobby Rice
The Assistant Hunt Master plans and coordinates all organized hunts in support of the Hunt Master throughout gun season. He ensures a safe hunting environment and compliance with VA/DWR laws and regulations.
